Let’s just get right into. The Universe does not care that you grabbed your laptop, went to Pinterest, saved 211 images of aesthetically pleasing things, and made a screensaver. Sorry.
Manifestation coaches all over the world act like if you collect a bunch of images and stare at them enough times, then everything will magically appear in your reality. This is a lie. Lolol
Here’s the thing babe… you have to be a vibrational match to your desires.
What exactly does this mean? Essentially it means that everything has its own frequency.
Let me explain…
Energy can neither be created nor destroyed and time is not linear. This means that everything that has ever been created or will ever be created already exists. Because everything is energy, everything has its own frequency.
When you look at this chart you’ll see that fear, anger, rage are all at the bottom on the lowest frequency. Joy, love, compassion are all at the top on the highest frequency.
The things you desire whether it’s living in mansion, driving a luxury car, traveling the world, etc. are all joyful things, so they are all on a high frequency.
No amount of staring a pictures of luxury homes, Mercedes, or Bali will help you to get there. You have to be on the frequency of that thing. This means you need to be happy. You need to be joyful. You need to increase your self love and know you’re deserving of what you desire before you receive it.

- Vision boards are very aesthetically pleasing and you should make one. They are a great way to put your desires at the forefront of your mind. If you’re seeing it everyday, your subconscious is taking note and wants to make it a reality.

- Self love is the key. You have to know wholeheartedly that you desire everything you desire, not because you’re working for it, but because you exist.
